“Having Natalie cook a full meal for us, created an experience nothing short of a truly memorable evening. The fun started with the planning of the menu. Natalie showed her creativity with a difficult family like us by creating dishes especially for us. The preparation of the meal, together with her assistant was also a pleasure to both watch and even help with the less skilled elements. All of this paled into insignificance with the actual meal. I have done some pretty serious fine dining and am fed up with micro herbs and edible flowers trying to rescue average food. Natalie does use them but they are to compliment her flavours not instead of them. The quality of the dishes were visually, texturally and of course in taste, nothing short of outstanding. We knew what we were getting when we booked a chef of Natalie’s outstanding standards but she exceeded them. She is an exceptional cook and we are just looking for another excuse to book her again. Nat we absolutely love you” Professor Brian Glenville – Private dining experience
“I contacted Natalie to see if she could offer Private Dining for my wife’s birthday present. We both watched the show and are fans so I knew that having Natalie arrive as a surprise to cook dinner would be a great gift. Natalie was easy to communicate with and offered to tailor a menu to my wife’s favourite foods, which made it even more special.
On the night, the food was (as you can imagine) out of this world, to have fine dining food served in your home is a real treat. Natalie is super down to earth so were able to relax and enjoy a gastronomic feast. If possible, request the Lobster Mac & Cheese Ball, it’s like arancini and comes with a Lobster Bisque – you could picture Gregg coming over and saying “hmm get amongst it!!” – I can’t recommend her private dining more highly if you have a special occasion coming up, this is a memorable alternative to going to a restaurant.” – Rob Alldritt – Private dining experience
“In August 2016 my family and I hosted a golf day for our charity “The Noel Johnston Foundation. We hired Natalie to cater our event and we couldn’t have been happy with her services. Natalie made every part of what seemed an overwhelming task to myself and my family look so easy! She started the day making breakfast for around 200 golfers. In the evening we had almost 500 people attending and we wanted Jamaican themed food! Natalie and her team worked relentlessly making an amazing feast of plantains, jerk chicken, rice and peas and many more delicious dishes. After the event everybody commented on how great the food was and how professional the catering staff were.
We will most definitely hire Natalie for any future events. She is professional and nothing is too much to ask, most important of all her food is outstanding.” – Emily Johnston – Noel Johnston Foundation
“I tried Natalie’s food the first time at an immersive theatre pop up. Being quite a picky event organiser I was worried about the food not being up to my and clients standards. All worries went away as I tried the first dish! Natalie not only managed to make a wonderful dinner in pretty basic conditions (as it was a pop up), but it was in such harmony with the theatre that it was as if it was part of the immersion… She is also a very warm and friendly person, so an absolutely pleasure to be around. Can’t wait to work with her again!” Ekaterina Barkho – PLAY Events Agency
“My father in law decided that for his 90th birthday he would like to celebrate by having a family meal in intimate surroundings. We contacted Natalie and she agreed to come to the house and cook for us. We told Natalie our likes and dislikes and she came up with a menu that we were all very excited about. The food was absolutely amazing and she was so personable that we all fell in love with her. She is a very talented and down to earth young lady who made our family celebration extra special, we will definitely be in contact with her again for our next celebration.” – Linda Abrahams – Private dining experience
“What a brilliant experience, to have a Master Chef Winner cooking in your own kitchen. Natalie Coleman cooked a mouth watering menu created especially for us with the food we love. The food was incredible, each course full of delicious flavours and food combinations that tasted even better than they looked, and they looked amazing. Natalie’s food, enthusiasm and bubbly personality made it an occasion to remember, and one we are still taking about. What a fabulous treat. Thank you Natalie.” Maggie Howlett, Private Dining experience
“I asked Nat if she would make some canapés and maybe some nibbles for an exhibition to raise my money for The Amy Winehouse Foundation. Seeing that I was calling in favours from friends from Artist like Pure Evil, Ben Allen, to Dita Von Teese herself. All gave of themselves voluntarily. Yet Natalie both surprised and surpassed my expectation. Armed with a culinary arsenal and a team of people whom were as passionate about food as her. She made a menu that rivalled the art on the walls.
And I will say her salted caramel brownies were a orgasmic experience. The relishing of her culinary expertise and seeing the expressions on people’s face. She gave herself effortlessly and forever thankful for her contribution and time. Seeing that Amy had a sweet tooth, I know Amy would have loved the food too.
Thank you Natalie to you and your team, for a night many will always remember and your amazing talents made the night that much more special” Henry Hate – Artist – The Amy Winehouse Foundation
