I am available for event catering requests. I have a strong team of chefs and catering equipment ready for an event kitchen set up.
I have worked with Haagen Daz, Jacobs Crackers, Audi, PMC Speakers, Metropolis Recording Studios, The Amy Winehouse Foundation, The Noel Johnstone Foundation, Here East, E20 London to name a few.
More recently I have worked with the Arensky Chamber Orchestra to cater the medieval banquet for their “In Night’s Darkling Glory”. They collaborated for a week long event with the creatives behind Gingerline.
During the Festive season I had the pleasure of working with Olivier award winning theatrical production company Hartshorn Hook. The company have been running their immersive theatre/dining adaptation of “A Christmas Carol” for seven years. This was their biggest event yet, running 31 sittings for a sell out crowd of 75 covers. I created a festive sharing feast of Traditional Christmas dinner with all the trimmings and a festive pavlova for the occasion.
I am also available for pop up requests and recently hosted a 5 course tasting menu at the scenic Blackmoor Golf Course in Hampshire.
At the moment, I am working on a three week immersive pop up with the super talented Arensky Chamber Orchestra on their adaption of Swan Lake. This event is due to take place in July in an awesome London location. I will be cooking up a special five course tasting menu for the occasion.
