Here are the dishes created especially for last night’s private dining experience. It was so much fun coming up with new ideas. Rob (Old buddy from DJ/Club Scene) booked me for his newly pregnant wife’s surprise birthday evening. We talked through her favourite foods and come up with these dishes.
